Multi-objective optimization design of a heavy-duty folding mechanism and Self-discharging equipment development

چکیده

In this paper, we investigated the technical problem of recovery overlength and heavy load conveying booms self-unloading ships. A method folding boom with a hydraulic-four-bar mechanism is presented, by using mathematical model for optimization velocity stationary ADAMS software, data results were obtained. The multi-objective index introduced, discussed. showed that parameters such as angular change acceleration conveyor optimized. paper has manufactured connecting rod mechanism, developed self-discharging conveyance equipment. Through practical application, determined equipment had advantages smooth movement high efficiency.
